Launch 360 was founded in 2023 by executive coach and HR strategist Nicole Nadeau to solve a problem she had seen repeatedly across two decades of leadership development: the tools designed to help leaders grow were often too expensive, too complicated, or too disconnected from how people actually work.
After years of coaching executives, HR leaders, and high-potential managers, Nicole saw firsthand how powerful 360-degree feedback could be when done well — and how often it failed when it was locked behind consultants, long timelines, and bloated systems. Organizations wanted honest, multi-rater insight, but they needed something simple, affordable, and easy to run on their own.

So Launch 360 was built to change that.
Today, Launch 360 is a Boston-based company serving organizations across the globe with a cloud-based, self-administered 360-degree leadership assessment platform. From fast-growing companies to established enterprises, our clients use Launch 360 to develop leaders at every level — with no software to install, no IT department required, and no outside consultant needed.
