From Corporate Success to Purpose-Driven Leadership Work Despite her success inside large institutions, Nicole felt pulled toward work that was more personal, more human, and more impactful. She left corporate America to focus on what had always been at the heart of her work: helping leaders grow into who they are capable of becoming. That decision led her to found HR Ignite, her executive coaching and HR consulting firm, where she now works with small and mid-sized companies, founders, and family enterprises to build strong leadership teams, healthy cultures, and scalable people strategies. Through years of coaching executives and advising organizations, Nicole noticed a persistent problem: Leaders desperately wanted honest, multi-rater feedback—but the tools available were either too expensive, too complicated, required IT departments, or forced companies to hire outside consultants just to run a survey. What should have been a simple leadership development tool had become inaccessible to the very organizations that needed it most.
